Gregory Michael specializes in complex civil litigation, and handles civil cases across a variety of legal fields, including constitutional civil rights cases, class actions, and business litigation, among others. He has several years of experience spearheading high-profile cases, including against Google, the University of California, and various government entities including in the State of California.
He is recognized and respected in the legal industry for his unique legal insights and professional demeanor that has successfully resulted in several favorable outcomes at both trial and appellate levels, including a high-value class action settlement involving a former public university instructor accused of fraud, a standard-setting appellate court ruling regarding police practices, and securing revisions to government practices.
Mr. Michael prides himself on developing innovative and creative legal arguments that often redefine the legal landscape in a manner that prioritizes his client’s goals and produces real outcomes.
Education:
Mr. Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley.
